By accessing the website at https://imajj.com (hereinafter referred to as "we" , "imajj" or "Site" ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to be responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any use of the Site implies by operation of law the acceptance by the users of the Site of the present TOS and any order made via the Site also implies acceptance of the general conditions of the banking service provider Stripe.

Use of the app

By using the Site, you declare and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete;
2. You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update this information as necessary;
3. You agree to abide by these terms of use;
4. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
5. You will not access the Site by any automated or non-human means, whether through a robot, script or otherwise;
6. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
7. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site (or any part of it).

Termination or closure

1. By the user: The suspension of the subscription has the effect of depriving the user of the possibility of accessing the Site, and therefore all of its functionalities.

2. Paid Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your subscription will take effect at the end of the period already paid.

Through the Site: In the event of a breach by the user of the provisions of these general conditions of use, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to refuse access and use of the Site to any person (or IP address), for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained herein terms of use or any applicable law or regulation.

Uploaded and generated images

Images uploaded to the Site must not contain any content that is offensive, illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties. Imajj reserves the right to remove any images that are deemed inappropriate and to terminate the account of any user who uploads images that are deemed inappropriate. Imajj does not guarantee that the generated images will be of satisfactory quality, and you agree that Imajj will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from the use of the generated images.

You agree that Imajj may use any images you upload to the Site for promotional purposes.

You do not have the right to use the generated images for any purpose other than personal use if you are a free user or a "Pro" user. You have the right to use the generated images for commercial purposes if you are a "Pro Team" user.

Applicable right

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rennes, France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such state or location.
